I just placed an order, can I cancel it or change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

How fast do you ship?
Same-day processing on most clothing and accessory orders, but please allow up to 5 business days for shipping confirmation. For boards, this depends on where the board is being shipped too. Boards can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to be delivered from date of shipping. If you need a board delivered ASAP, please contact us for faster shipping options.
If I order a board, how long will it take to get to me?
It depends on when the order is placed, but we aim to have your board ready for shipping within 7 business days, but can take upto 21 business days. You will be advised via email when your board is ready for shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
VEHEMENCE ships globally.
Are duties and taxes included with international orders?
Import duties and taxes may or may not be required and ultimately the responsibility of the customer. Most of our clothing range is produced and shipped within your local country (USA, UK, Australia and Europe). Our bodyboard leashes are shipped from our USA, Australian and UK warehouses. All VEHEMENCE bodyboards ship from California, USA.
Do you have a size chart for clothing?
Not at the moment but look for the product-specific size chart on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. You will be charged immediately after placing an order.
